Does Tendroll replace my state licensing knowledge?
No. It tracks what you tell it against your own records and flags what needs attention. Physical items an inspector checks in person — postings displayed, equipment condition, facility cleanliness — still need your own walkthrough. Exact regulatory citations should be verified against your state licensing agency.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Tendroll runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, and can be installed to your home screen. There's nothing to download from an app store.
How do staff and families get access?
The program owner sends an invitation to the email on file. Each person creates a password and receives access scoped to their role — nothing more.
Can families see information about other children?
No. Family access is tied to their own linked child and enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
Can the audit trail be edited?
No — by design. Entries are append-only. Even a program owner can't alter or remove a past entry.
Does Tendroll support CACFP meal-count reporting?
Yes. Head Start and other CACFP-participating programs can log daily meal counts by classroom and meal type, then export a reimbursement-ready report.
